"The mission of the History Committee of Ziegels Union Church is to preserve for
future generations the religious heritage of our ancestors in faith and its influence
on the development of our communities. We endeavor to acquire, organize, archive
and make accessible documents, photographs and other memorabilia relating to the
history of our church and of the congregations descended from its original Lutheran
and Reformed congregations, presently the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America
(ELCA) and the United Church of Christ (UCC). We also share an interest in preserving
the historic architectural structures of our church property." (Adopted 12/2003)
